The contact form does not send the message content to the controller’s server and does not store the name, email address, topic or message in a database, localStorage, sessionStorage or cookies.

Submitting the form only opens the user’s email client (through a mailto link) with a pre-filled subject and message. If the user then sends the email, WolfPack Group, s. r. o. processes the data included in the message for communication and handling the request.

The website does not operate a newsletter, CRM or its own backend for collecting contact details from this form.

When Stripe, Buy Me a Coffee or a bank transfer is used, personal and payment data may be processed by the relevant payment or banking provider under its own privacy policy.

Depending on the method of support, WolfPack Group, s. r. o. may receive the data needed to identify the payment, communicate, keep accounts or meet legal obligations.

The website stores the user’s colour-mode preference (light / dark) locally on their device in localStorage under the key mk-theme. If no preference has been saved yet, the device’s system setting may be taken into account temporarily when the page loads.

This is a technical appearance setting. It is not marketing or analytics tracking, and the data is not used for profiling. The preference is not sent to the controller’s server or to third parties.

The website currently does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or any other marketing or analytics tracking tools.

The website does not use marketing cookies.

If tracking or marketing cookies are added later, this policy will need to be updated.

We retain communications for the time needed to handle the request and for a reasonable period afterwards.

We retain accounting and payment records for the period required by applicable law.
